Project Description

The process of self-discovery, as exciting as this can be, can be equally as daunting.

It entails being an active participant in the growth that we would like to see in our lives and our relationships, and by taking accountability for the role that we play holds the potential to create shifts in indescribable ways. At times we feel out of sync with ourselves, perhaps because we have lost touch with who we are, or possibly because we never awarded ourselves the opportunity to discover what that entails. A therapeutic relationship awards us with an objective space in our journey to discover what we really need, and learn to understand why we act or react in a certain way.

It is a safe space within which you are guided and supported in self-discovery, and ultimately, inner peace. We often become overwhelmed by all the expectations placed upon us by society as a whole, significant role players, or often our own perception of who we need to be and what we need to accomplish, that it feels almost impossible to stop, breathe, and really think about what we need in order to live a more fulfilled, congruent life that will serve us.
